In our automated control, we monitor the quality of parts by means of camera inspection. By using camera systems and the corresponding software it is possible to identify surface faults and separate reject parts from the good parts. Additionally light output and position of lasered symbols can be checked by camera. Such systems also enable us to reduce control slippage by a considerable margin. All error images which arise are systematically taught from the pre-series stage. In series production, the camera process is calibrated in a fixed rhythm using master samples. In our fully automated systems it is frequently possible to combine this control with additional processes, such as stamping, assembly etc.
