In our tooling facility we produce injection moulding tools using CAD data and individual part drawings which are designed according to customer specifications and then put into series production. The expertise that we have developed as a result is also used to carry out repairs and maintenance measures as quickly as possible.
Mould making covers all the sophisticated tools needed for efficient manufacturing using the relevant machinery in terms of milling (including HSC), EDM and wire erosion, grinding, turning, touching up etc. By creating uniform structures that run from construction through the CNC programming to the latest CAM system and finally to the machines, we ensure that projects run quickly and smoothly. Our particular core competence lies in manufacturing injection moulding tools for the production of parts with an electroplated surface finish.
We use Creo to design and build parts and injection moulding tools. Data can be transferred in the interface formats IGES, STEP, VDA and DXF, DWG – conversion tools enable CAD data to be read and written in Catia V4 and V5. All projects are planned and managed, with regular project updates communicated to our clients. The data transfer can be done via Odette, email, FTP, individual clouds or data carriers.
We have extensive expertise in the field of tooling. As a result we boast an extensive past and current portfolio of complex commissions for major manufacturers of cars, electrical appliances and sanitary accessories. We accompany our customers throughout the entire development process right through to series production. Our project management team is at the beck and call of our customers for the duration of the project.
